Needham Heights, MA (February 9, 2009) – Dr. Philip (Rusty) Warren has recently joined Polestar Technologies, Inc. as President of its Product Division. Dr. Warren has over 20 years of experience leading scientific and technical businesses and was most recently CEO of INVO Biosciences, a medical device company.
